HAEXC MOBILE WARRANTY STATEMENT

HAEXC Mobile Pte Ltd warrants that its products are free from defects in materials, design, and workmanship under normal use for a period of twelve (12) months for both electronic devices and battery.

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery. If the product is found to be defective during the warranty period under normal usage conditions, please contact our customer service team for support. The responsibility of HAEXC Mobile Pte Ltd and its authorized service providers is limited to the repair or replacement of the product as covered under this warranty.

Terms and Conditions – Standard Manufacturing Defects Only

Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship arising under normal use and in accordance with the applicable HAEXC product user manual and safety instructions. Coverage is limited to defects verified by HAEXC or its authorised service representative.

Warranty Period

The warranty period shall be as stated in the quotation, invoice, warranty certificate, or other written warranty confirmation issued for the relevant product.

Warranty Exclusion

The warranty does not cover defects, damage, or malfunction arising from:

Misuse, negligence, abuse, accidents, improper handling, or operation outside the specified product limitations.
Unauthorised repair, disassembly, modification, tampering, or servicing by persons not authorised by HAEXC.
Use of non-original, incompatible, or unauthorised batteries, chargers, charging cables, docking stations, or other accessories.
Failure to follow HAEXC’s operating instructions, charging requirements, maintenance procedures, or Ex-safety instructions.
Physical impact, excessive force, liquid ingress, exposure to chemicals, extreme temperatures, fire, electrical surges, or other external causes.
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic deterioration, scratches, or damage that does not arise from a manufacturing defect.
Software issues, third-party applications, network services, SIM cards, or compatibility problems not attributable to a manufacturing defect in the supplied product.
Damage resulting from improper storage, unsuitable environmental conditions, or use outside the manufacturer’s specified operating conditions.

Intrinsically Safe Equipment and Ex Protection

For HAEXC ATEX/IECEx-certified products, the customer shall comply with the applicable product user manual, safety manual, certification conditions, and manufacturer’s instructions.

Only batteries and accessories approved or specified by HAEXC for the relevant product shall be used. Charging shall be carried out only in a non-hazardous area and with the charging equipment specified by HAEXC.

Any unauthorised modification, repair, replacement component, or accessory that causes or contributes to product damage or compromises its certified protection is excluded from warranty coverage to the extent permitted by applicable law. If the product’s safety or explosion protection is suspected to have been compromised, the device must be removed from hazardous-area service in accordance with HAEXC’s safety instructions.

Warranty Claims and Remedies

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification. Where a covered manufacturing defect is confirmed, HAEXC or the authorised seller may, subject to the applicable warranty terms, arrange repair or replacement of the defective product or component.

The customer shall provide proof of purchase, product serial number, a description of the fault, and any other reasonable information required to assess the claim.

Limitation of Warranty

Except for coverage expressly stated in writing, no additional voluntary warranty is provided for defects or damage arising from causes excluded under these terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or limits any liability or statutory right to the extent that such exclusion, restriction, or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, unless otherwise agreed in writing and subject to applicable law.
