HAEXC MOBILE WARRANTY STATEMENT
HAEXC Mobile Pte Ltd warrants that its products are free from defects in materials, design, and workmanship under normal use for a period of twelve (12) months for both electronic devices and battery.
The warranty period begins on the date of delivery. If the product is found to be defective during the warranty period under normal usage conditions, please contact our customer service team for support. The responsibility of HAEXC Mobile Pte Ltd and its authorized service providers is limited to the repair or replacement of the product as covered under this warranty.

Warranty Terms and Conditions
- Scope of Warranty
HAEXC Mobile’s obligation is limited to the repair of the defective part or, at its sole discretion, the replacement of the product with a fully functional unit of equivalent service condition. - Authorized Repairs Only
All warranty repairs must be performed by an authorized HAEXC Mobile service center. Any repairs carried out by unauthorized service providers, including associated costs or consequential damages, are not covered under this warranty. - Warranty Period
Repair or replacement under warranty does not extend or renew the original warranty period. Replacements may be fulfilled with equivalent refurbished or service exchange units. - Limitation of Liability
HAEXC Mobile Pte Ltd shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the product—beyond the scope of repair or replacement as outlined in this warranty. Our responsibility is strictly limited to repairing or replacing any product found to be defective under the stated warranty terms. - Consumer Rights
This warranty does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, nor does it limit any rights derived from the original purchase agreement with the vendor. - Replacement Parts and Devices
Repaired or replacement products may include new and/or refurbished components that meet HAEXC Mobile’s quality standards.
What’s Not Covered
- Regular wear and tear, periodic maintenance, or component replacements due to usage.
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or failure to follow HAEXC Mobile’s instructions for use and care.
- Software upgrades due to changes in network compatibility.
- Use of non-approved accessories or peripherals.
- Damage due to improper installation or use not in accordance with technical standards or safety guidelines.
- Accidents, natural disasters, or external factors such as water damage, fire, lightning, or improper ventilation.
- Unauthorized modifications or alterations made to comply with local standards.
- Battery damage from overcharging or improper usage outside the guidance in the user manual.
- Repairs or tampering by unauthorized personnel.
- Removal, alteration, or illegibility of the serial number, IMEI, or model number.
- Use of unapproved chargers or damaged battery seals.
- Exposure to chemicals, liquids, or environmental conditions beyond the product’s certified protection level (e.g., IP rating).
