How to enable Geotag for Camera usage?
Go to Settings -> Apps -> See all # apps -> Camera -> Permissions -> Location -> Allow only while using the app
Why I can’t setup Password or Pattern on the phone?
FP103Ex do not have the option to set Password or Pattern for security, due to the screen is too small (2.83 inch).
Does the device support OTG?
This device does not support OTG due to port cover is prohibited to open for usage in hazardous area.
There’s no 3.5mm headphone jack on the device. Can I use a USB-C to 3.5mm Headphone Jack Adapter to connect between a earpiece to the device for listening?
This device does not support the use of adaptor.
Is the device have the capability for Sunlight Readable?

My device will not charge using the Magnetic Charging Cable or the Docking Station. What should I do?
If your device is completely unresponsive, please follow these steps:
1. Switch to a USB-C Cable: Connect the device directly to a power source using a standard USB-C cable for at least 30–60 minutes.
2. Why this happens: The Magnetic Charging Cable and Docking Station require the device to have a small amount of residual battery power to “handshake” with the internal charging circuits.
3. Deep Discharge State: If the battery is entirely flat, the Power Management IC (PMIC) may be in a “sleep” state. The USB-C port is designed to bypass this initial requirement and provide the necessary jump-start to wake the PMIC and begin the charging process.
Once the device shows a charging indicator or has reached 5% battery, you can return to using the Magnetic Cable or Docking Station as per usual.
